Aloo Tikki (potato Cutlet)
Its a north Indian dish ,it can be taken as starters in main courses.
Boiled potato - 6 medium size
Bread slice - 2 piece
Salt - to taste
Onion - 1 small size (fine chopped)
Garam masala - 1/2 tablespoon
Red chili powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Mango powder - 1 tablespoon
Semolina/suji - 1/2 table spoon
Oil - 1 table spoon
Green chili - 4 pieces (if want)
Garnish - coriander leaves
First let the boiled potato be cool ,peel off the boiled potatoes, mash the potatoes nicely.
Add bread slice, salt, onion, garam masala, red chili powder, mango powder, suji/semolina mix the ingredient evenly . Make a little flat ball of it (like a tire or donut).keep aside.
oil a grill pan and wait till it heats up, set the balls on the pan wait till one side become red than flip it and cook the other side.
Garnish it with coriander leaves .
Do not put more semolina while preparing, they may break while cooking.
