Amarakka Dry Fry

Tasty yet simple recipe

Ingredients: 
1cup chopped Beans or Amarakka
1 chopped Onion
1tsp Chilli powder
Pinch Turmeric
Salt to taste
3tsp Oil
Few Mustard Seeds
Directions: 
In a pan heat oil, and splutter mustard seeds. Then add chopped onions and stir for 10 minutes till golden brown.
Put chopped beans and pour few drops water if it's getting dry.Then put masala and salt and mix well.Close lid and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or chappatis.
Footnotes: 
You can add coriander leaves or curry leaves for flavour.
