Amrakhand is a sweet dish which is served during festival times in Maharashtra. It is made from hung curd and mango puree.
This recipe is slightly different because of one of its ingredient I.e white chocolate. As those who are staying abroad don't get hung curd so I'd tried it with Greek yogurt with variation of white chocolate.

One cup Greek yogurt
One cup mango puree
Half cup of powdered sugar
Half cup of melted white chocolate
One teaspoon cardamom powder
One teaspoon of saffron (soaked in one teaspoon of milk)
Chopped dry fruits of your choice
Mix powdered sugar with yogurt
Add mango puree to it and give it a gentle mix
Add melted chocolate to the mixture
Add cardamom powder, saffron and dryfruits to the mixture
Keep this refrigerated for min. Half an hour
Serve it with poori or paratha
For better body of amrakhand, jung the yogurt into a muslin cloth overnight or 3 to 4 hrs.
