Ingredients: 
Ripe banana 3-4
Refined Flour 1 cup,
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon
Mint leaves - 2 tablespoon
Oil or butter for fry
Directions: 
In mixer mix all the ingredients except cumin seeds and coriander and mint leaves.
Add the cumin seeds and chopped coriander and mint leaves.
Heat a non stick pan, add little butter or oil, pour one big spoon of batter in the pan spread it well, fry both the side in medium heat, serve hot with butter, honey or mapple syrup
Footnotes: 
You can use wheat flour instead of refined flour.
