Beans Paruppu Usili

This is a traditional preparation of Tamil Nadu. This is taken as a side dish along with a kozhambu which is made without dal. It is also a combination with South Indian kadi called More kozhambu. Tastes great and perfect combination. I learnt this recipe from my mother, who is a great cook as well. I like the taste of dal when it is crispy at the bottom.
