Beetroot is one of the healthiest vegetables , but many of them do not include in their diet because of its earthy flavor ........... so here is something to make you bite on it and stay healthy...........
Beetroot , Boiled and grated - 1
Hung curd - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - 4 - 5
Cumin seed - 1 tsp
oil for tadka
salt to taste
1> Boil beetroot and grate it 2> In a bowl take hung curd , add grated beetroot and salt to it 3> make tadka wit ( Oil , curry leaves and cumin seeds ) 4> add this tadka to the above mixture
