Besan Ka Paratha (gram Flour Chapati)
In Northern India, Serving Parathas for breakfast is very common. To make it interesting different variation are made by using different flour, spices and vegetables.
Chopped Green Chilies - 1/4 tbsp
Chopped onion-1 tablespoon
Salt to Taste
Carom seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Oil - as required/1 tbsp
Add wheat into gram flour along with salt and carom seeds. Add little water to make smooth dough of it. It aside.
Take small portion and make round balls from the dough. Now roll out about 5 cm radius , put some onion and chili on it and cover it like dumplings or momo, roll them out into chappati again.
Heat a flat pan, spread the chappati on it as one side get half done brush oil on it and repeat the same with other side also.
Cook it till both the sides become little crisp and golgen brown. Your paratha with be ready.
Serve with chutney or pickle.
