Bhalla Papdi Chaat

The Bhalla Papdi (Puri) Chaat Recipe is a delicious recipe that is great when had as a tea time snack with friends and family.

Ingredients: 
Refined Flour 100 gm
Yellow peas
Tamarind
Curd
Besan Bhujia
Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 table spoon
Black Salt 1/2 table spoon
Chaat Masala 1/2 table spoon
Coriander Leaves
Green Chillies 4 to 5
Onion 2
Directions: 
Make a dough from refined flour and add some oil in dough.
After this make small poories from dough and deep fry them.
Do prepare tamarind sauce.
Take a plate & put some poories then break them little in middle,put some prepared boiled yellow peas,tamarind sauce,curd on it.
Take a pinch of roasted cumin powder and black salt,put this on poories.
Chop some onions,coriander leaves & green chillies.
Then garnish these poories from besan bhujia and onions,coriander leaves and chillies & enjoy this tasty bhalla paapdi chaat.
