Ingredients: 
(For stuffing)
Tomato 200 grams (7 ounce)
Boiled potatoes 150 grams (5.5 ounce)
Onion 1 small finely chopped
Ginger 1/2 tablespoon (minced)
Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Coriander powder 1/2 tablespoon
Chat masala 1/2tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 tablespoon
Refined oil 2 tablespoon
(For gravy)
Onion paste 1 small size
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Red chillipowder 1/2 tablespoon
Garam masala ½ tablespoon
Coriander powder 1/2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Tomato puree ½ cup
Salt ½ tablespoon
Refined oil 2 tablespoon
Directions: 
Cut a small circle above the tomatoes and take out the seeds. In a bowl take mashed potatoes, onion, ginger, coriander powder, red chilli powder coriander leaves, chat masala and salt and mix them all together. Stuff the tomatoes carefully with this mixture.
In a pan or karahi put 4 tablespoon of oil and carefully place the tomatoes in the oil and cook with the lid on for 10 mintues on low flame.take it out and keep separately.
For the gravy put oil in the pan again .Add the onion and gingergarlic paste and sauté for 3-5 mintues. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and sauté for 2 more mintues. Finely add the tomato puree, garam masala and salt and cook till the gravy thickens. Take it out. Place the stuffed tomatoes above the gravy and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with chappati
