Bhature (indian Refined Flour Fried Bread)

Bhature is a puri made up of refined flour. the dough is fermented by adding curd and thus bhature are very soft. It is usually served with Chole.

Refined flour - 200 gm
Semolina - 100 gm
Curd - 1 cup
Oil - for frying
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
Take a bowl put flour , semolina , curd and salt to taste in it .
Now make a dough of them with the help of water , make sure the dough must be tight and smooth.
Keep the dough in a bowl and cover it with a cloth , and keep it aside for 3 to 4 hour , this help it to get fluffy .
Take deep frying pan and add oil to it , keep the flame high .
Take a portion from the dough make a ball of it ,now roll it flat with the help of a rolling pin.
Now pour the rolled out chapatti gently into the boiling oil .
Fry the bhaturas and serve hot.
