Bhujia Ka Paratha (gram Flour Snack Paratha)
In most parts of India, bhujia or farsan is generally had with tea or coffee, but in Rajasthan, people love to have bhujia/ namkeen with meals. The variety of namkeen available here is enormous and people even cook curry and parathas with it. As sometimes I cook food for lunch-box in a hurry, I prefer to cook quick-n-easy recipes, one of which is yummy Bhujia ka Paratha. I have made this paratha with many types of namkeen and believe me....it tastes different each time!!
I bet whoever tries this paratha will have loads of appreciation in their kitty.
