Bhutte Ki Pakori (corn Pakora)
Bhutte ki pakori is vegetarian snack recipe. The corn seeds are coated in a batter of besan and arraroot and then fried.
Corn seeds – 200 grams
Arraroot powder – 4 tablespoon
Besan – ½ cup
Garlic paste – 2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder – 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder – 1 tablespoon
Salt – 1 tablespoon
Oil – 6 tablespoon
Put the corn with a ½ cup of water and cook upto two whistle. Corn should be half tender.
In a bowl mix besan, araroot powder, cornflour, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt with water to make a thick batter. Mix the corn.
Heat oil in a karahi and pour small quantities of mixture in oil to make pakori. Fry till it turns light brown. Serve with garlic chutney.
