Tasneem Bharmal's Secret Indian Recipe !

Mutton kheema – ½ Kg,
Chana dal – 1 small cup
Ginger/Garlic paste – 3-4 Teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1spoon
Red Chili Powder – ½ spoon
Dhanya Powder (Coriander Powder) – 2teaspoon
Green chilli – 1 chopped
Monaco Biscuits- 1 packet
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Eggs 2-3
Black pepper ½ Teaspoon
Salt – To taste
Oil - To Fry
Boil Kheema and Chana dal in cooker with salt and ginger and 1 cup of water for 2-3 whistles. Let it cool.
Add Ginger -garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, dhanya powder, green chillies along with cooked keema in a blender and blend it coarsely.
Now take two Monaco Biscuit, put the kheema mixture in between like a sandwitch and keep aside.
Beat eggs with salt and black pepper in it. Dip The biscit kababs in eggs and then roll over breadcrumbs and then deep fry them.
Serve hot with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
