Ingredients:
Black carrot 4 cups,milk 4 cups, sugar 2 cups , mawa 4 tsps, nuts ( kaju, badam, pista ) 5 tsps, ghee 1 cup, elaichi powder 1/2 tsp,
Directions:
Take milk in a pan,after boiling milk add four cups of grated black carrots,cook it for 20 minutes covering the lid,now add one cup of ghee and stir it until it cooks more,now add 2 cups of sugar and again cook it,add 4 tsp of mawa, add nuts , and cook it not off the flame add cardamom powder . its ready
