This recipe ages back to my great grandmother, Usually this recipe is preferred with "pakhala" ( rice mixed with water and curd in a bowl) during summers. Nevertheless, this recipe can be enjoyed with idli, hot rice & ghee. #RegionalRecipe
Masoor dal bodi ( Red lentil sundried dumplings)- 1 cup
Green chilli- 1 no.
Garlic- 10 nos clove
Oil- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Fry bodi in oil over lowest possible flame. As soon as it changes its colour, then remove it and cool. It will take 1 -2 seconds.
Grind all ingredients with bodi except salt.
Add salt to the mixture and now bodi chura is ready. Serve with rice.
