Bread Ka Pakora (bread Fritters)
Bread ka pakora is easy to make recipe suitable for breakfast of as evening snacks. It is one recipe which doesnot need any prior preparation and can be made in just 15 mintues.
Bread 8 pieces
Besan (Gram flour) 150 grams (5.5 ounce)
Cumin powder 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
Onion 2 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Coriander Leaves 2 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Tomato 2 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Refined Oil 4 tablespoon
Salt 1 tablespoon
Water ½ cup
Make a batter of basan, Cumin powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and water.
Then add chopped onion, coriander and tomatoes.
Take the breads and dip them in the batter.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry each pakora on medium flame for 2-3 mintues. Bread pakoras are ready. Serve it with coriander chutney.
You can use wholemeal bread instead of white bread for more nutritious variation.
