Butter chicken is the most famous dish among Muslim community . It has a historic flavor of spices which create a aroma of royalty . A must have dish for all non veg lover .
• Chicken : ½ KG
• Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 Tps
• Butter : 150 gram
• Tomato Ketchup : ½ cup
• Cream : 100 gram
• Oil : 2 table spoon
• Red Chilli powder : 1 tea spoon
• Coriander Powder : 1 tea spoon
• Tamarind Powder : pinch
Take a pan , put 2 table spoon oil and 100 gram butter. Put the chicken in it and mix up and down.
Put tomato ketch up 1 cup and mix properly
Put the lid on the Pan till 10 minutes and let it cook
Then put the cream and taste to salt .
After the dish is cooked put coriander leaves and switch off the gas .
Wash the chicken and marinate it with Ginger Garlic Paste , chilli powder , coriander powder and pinch of tamarind powder and keep for at least half hour.
