Carrot Kulfi (carrot Icecream)

My 5 year old daughter was crazy about eating Icecream. Her addiction was so bad that I was constantly worried about her health as Packaged Ice creams contain transfat which is very harmful for kids. I used to watch Food shows & One day while watching a show on making icecreams / kulfi at home. I was really surprised to see that we can make icecream healthy by making it at home. When I read about Kids healthy recipe contest on secretindianrecipe.com, I thought this is a great platform to share my healthy icecream recipe.
