Carrots And Cabbage Salad
This is again a combination of some more healthy stuff....
4-5 Caroots (grated or finely chopped)
1/2 bowl chopped Cabbage
1/2 bowl Soya nuggets (steamed)
1 Green chilly chopped
1 table spoon roasted and coarsely ground Peanuts
1 table spoon lemon juice
1 Cucumber cut in small pieces
Beet root slice for garnishing
Salt for taste (optional)
Combine Carrots, Cabbage, cucumber and soya nuggets in a bowl.
Add salt,green chili, peanuts and lemon juice and mix well.
Finally garnish with beetroot slices and serve.
Do not mix beetroot slices before or else it will change the color of the salad making it look pinkish.
