Casatta Sandesh

Diwali recipe # sandesh is traditionally a Bengali dessert but here I have given some twist to make it more attractive.

Deepali Paresh Khona's Secret Indian Recipe !

150 gms Paneer
4 tap Milk powder
4tsp Condensed milk
3 tsp powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1 tsp Cornflour
1 tsp Clarified Butter
2-3 drops each Vanilla essence, Pineapple essence, Mix fruit essence & Rose essence
1-2 pinch each Red, Yellow & Green food colour
2-3tsp Green, Red & Yellow tutti fruity
In a blender add all the ingredients except colour, essence & tutti fruity & blend to a smooth paste.
Then take this paste in a pan & cook on a medium flame stirring continuously till it leaves the pan & form a ball.
Remove from heat & let it cool, knead well & divide into four parts.
In the first part add vanilla essence & all the three coloured tutti fruity and mix. Keep aside.
In the second part add rose essence & red colour & green tutti fruity and mix.
In the third part add pineapple essence, yellow colour & red tutti fruit.
In the fourth part add mix fruit essence, green colour & red tutti fruity and mix.
To assemble, first take the rose ball & flatten it. Place vanilla ball & cover it. then take the pineapple ball and put the third layer and finally take the mix fruit ball and covert properly Roll to give a cylindrical shape.
Then put it in the refrigerator for an hour & then cut into pieces and u can see your casatta sandesh is ready to serve.
U can add any colours & flavours of ur choice
