Chana Masal Vadai (chana Vada)
Chana vadai is one of different snack or side dish item and it is loved by evevryone.Its very tasty and crispy choice. It prompts everyone to eat more and more.
White channa (Chole)- 1 cup( soak it for 6- 8 hours)
Onion (big) – finely chopped (1 cup)
Green chilli-2 (medium)
Cumin seeds- ½ spoon
Ginger garlic paste- 1 spoon
Curry leaves- 20
Coriander leaves- 10 gms
Oil- to fry
In a mixer jar, add green chilly, coriander leaves, curry leaves, fennel, cumin seeds and salt with chana.
Now grind the mixture coarsely.
Tranfer it into the bowl and add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion into it and now add salt.
Mix the mixture well and make it as small balls and make it as oval or round shape.
Heat the oil in pan and put the vadas and fry it on both sides.
Keep the stove in simmer flame and take the vadas when it becomes golden brown.
Its a healthy snack for kids and it is rich in protein. It can also be taken as side dish for rice.
