250 gms chicken liver
1 medium size onion
1 medium size tomato
quarter teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
salt as per taste
2 tablespoons of oil
quarter teaspoon cumin seeds
chopped coriander leaves
Cut the liver in medium size
wash and keep aside
Slice the onions and keep aside
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and keep aside
Take a vessel and a place it on medium heat
Add oil into it
Once the oil is hot add the cumin seeds
Now add the sliced onions and fry till soft
And tomatoes to the onions and continue frying
Add the spices to the batter of onions and tomatoes
Now add the chicken liver and let it cook for 15 mins
Garnish with the fresh coriander leaves
