Chickpea Salad Wraps

Chickpea Salad Wraps is a healthy, filling and a perfect breakfast/ lunch menu. It is quick to make and delicious to eat, loaded with wealth of health benefits.

Chick Peas/ White Chana - 250 gms soaked and boiled
Chopped Cucumber-1/4 cup
Tomatoes - 1/4 cup
Onions - 1-/4 cup
Salt- As per Taste
Black pepper- As per Taste
Chaat Masal - As per Taste
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Mix all the ingredients well using fork.
Take a whole wheat chappati/ pita bread/ lettuce leaves, place the preapred salad in centre and fold to make a wrap.
Cut the wrap from centre and serve immediately with freshly made chickpea salad.
