Today I am sending a very famous mouth watering traditional Indian Bengali sweet with my little twist .......
This are Chilly Chocolati Rosh Bora ...... it is very easy to make , required a few ingredients and incredibly delicious

uma pandit's Secret Indian Recipe !

25 minutes


urad dal - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Fennel seeds ( mouri ) - 1 tablespoons
Chilly flakes - 1 tablespoons
Water - 1-1/2 cup
Salt a pinch
Vegetable oil - 1 cup
Melted chocolate - 4 tablespoons
Fennel seeds powder - 1 teaspoon
Soak urad dal in water for 4-5 hours .
Griand with minimum water to smoothness .
Add fennel seeds , chilly flakes , pinch of salt , 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate and mix them well.
Heat oil in a kadai , oil must be steaming hot .
Turn heat to medium setting , make round balls from the mix and deep fry till golden brown .
Drain oil and add freshly fried hot bora to sugar syrup .
For sugar syrup preparations ::::: Heat in a pan put 2 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water let come to boil . Simmer for 8-10 minutes .
Garnish with a melted chocolate and spread fennel seeds powder and served with a dessert hot or cool ..........
Urad dal soak overnight for best result .
