Chivda Poha (beaten Rice)

Chivda Poha is a very common and popular snack of India.It is a low fat snack and also is very easy to prepare at home :)

Chivda (Beaten Rice) 200 gms
Green Peas
Green Chillies
Cumin Seeds
Turmeric Powder
Salt To Taste
Vegetable Oil
Curry leaves 4
Take water soaked poha.
Then cut onion and green chillies in small pieces.
Then take a kadhai put some vegetable oil.
When oil gets hot,add curry leaves and chillies if they start crackling,add chopped onions and peas.
And after 5 mins add turmeric powder & poha.
Mix it well and cook this poha for 5 mins.
Now it is ready.
Add chopped coriander & peanuts in it and serve it with tea or coffee.
