Choclate Aur Dry Fruits Mithai (silky Nutty Chocolate Fudge)

Every one loves chocolate!!! I Have made a chocolaty fudge with lots of dry fruits. As you bite into these the silky melt in mouth desserts, you will be lost. Everyone will surely love, Do not resist yourself by having just one....

Ingredients: 
Dark chocolate slab - 400 gms
Milkmaid - 300ml
Mix Dry fruits - 1/2 cup
Directions: 
Break the chocolate slab in to fine pieces.
Melt the chocolate in the Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir for few seconds.
Melt it again for next 30 seconds.
Check the melted chocolate , no lumps should be there.
Add Milkmaid in it & give it a nice whisk.
It will get thickened.
Roast the chopped dry fruits for few seconds in oven or on a tawa. Add 3/4 of the dry fruits and mix well.
I have used Almonds, walnuts, raisins, craneberries & cashewnuts.
Mix well.
Now line a baking tin with parchment paper.
In the lined tin drop the chocolaty batter.
Spread it with the spoon evenly.
Lastly add all the rest of dry fruits on it & press it lightly.
Keep the tin in the fridge for atleast one hour to set.
Now remove from the tin & cut in to proper squares.
Enjoy the silky nutty fudge.
