Ingredients: 
COCONUT POWDER - 1 CUP
MAWA -1 CUP
SUGAR POWDER - 3/4 CUP
CARDAMOM - 4 POWDER
GHEE - 1 TSP
PINCH OF YELLOW FOOD COLOR
Directions: 
Put a pan on gas and add coconut powder in it. Roast for 2 minutes.Don't change colour of coconut while roasting. Roast on low flame. Coconut is roasted now. Turn off gas. Take out coconut into another plate. Put same pan on gas. Add mava for roast. Keep the flame is slow. Roast till ghee is seprate from mava. Ghee is seprate from mava. Mava is roasted now. Add powder sugar in mava. Add pinch of yellow food colour and cardamom powder.  Food colour is optional. Add 1- tsp ghee in it. Add roasted coconut powder . Mix well. Mixure is seprate from pan and became thick. Mixure is ready for Burfi. Turn off gas. Take plate and put butter pappaer in it. Greece butter papper with ghee.  Add mixure in it. Spreadmixure with flate spoon. Spread dry rose patel on it. Give little press with spoon so that dry rose patels stick on Burfi. Keep it for cool down. Burfi is cool down. Unmold Burfi. Cut it with knife in square shape. Burfi is ready to serve.......
