Cool Cucumber Raita (cucumber Relish With Curd)

Cucumber raita is my summer special recipe. The main ingredients are cucumber and curd and both have cooling effect on body. Besides both curd and cucumber are very filling so it helps me to control my weight.

Ingredients: 
Dahi (Curd) - 1 cup
Cucumber - 1 piece
Roasted zeera (cumin) powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Black salt - a pinch
Red chilli Powder -1/2 tablespoon
Directions: 
Cut the cucumber in small pieces
Beat the curd in a bowl and keep aside.
Before serving, take a serving bowl and place a layer of chopped cucumber.
Pour the beaten curd.
Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and rock salt and serve.

Use fresh cucumber and curd.
