Cous Cous Upma

This is my own recipe.. I tried it once and became successful..Now it is one of our favourites..Very healthy and easy and tastey

Ingredients: 
Cous Cous Grain Moyen- 1 cup
Hing- a pinch
Turmeric Powder- a pinch
Broccoli- 6-7 florets
Shallots- 10 nos sliced
Pomegranate seeds- 1/4 cup
Carrots- 1 sliced
Directions: 
Steam cooK Broccoli and CARROTS
Cook Cous Cous in water until it becomes big and cooked
In a kadai add some oil.Put hing and turmeric powder
Add shallots and then add steam cooked vegs
Add Cous Cous and salt and mix well
Finally garnish with pomegranate seeds
