Crunchy Healthy Salad
Crunchy Sprouts Salad is a simple yet super healthy salad recipe. Best to have in summers in breakfast or along with main course. A filling and refreshing salad full of nutrients which helps to control blood sugar levels.
Moth and Moong Dal Sprouts - 1 bowl / 250 gms
Roasted and crushed Peanuts - 2 tbsps
Grated/desiccated Coconut - 2 tbsps
Crushed Walnuts - 1 tbsp
Chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber - 2 cups
Lemon - 1 pcs
Chaat masala , salt - as per taste
Wash and and steam the sprouts till almost done.
Mix all the ingredients well and add lemon juice as a last step. Serve chilled.
