Dahi Kadi (sour Yogurt Kadi)

Yogurt (dahi) is an important source of proteins and calcium, it contains active probiotics, which help in digestion. It is easily available all around the year. It is an easy and simple recipe. It tastes good with hot rice. I learnt this recipe from my mom.

Ingredients: 
Sour Yogurt (Dahi) 2cups
Dry chilli 2-3pieces
Curry leaves 1 tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Rice Bran oil 2 tablespoon
Directions: 
Take sour yogurt and add salt to it, mix it well in a large bowl. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add dry chillies and fry it till reddish brown.
Add mustard seeds and let it splutter, add curry leaves and remove it from the flame.
Allow it to cool down and then add sour yogurt mixture to it.
Ready to be served with hot rice.
