Sacheta das's Secret Indian Recipe !

Milk 1 ltr
date palm jaggery 200 gms
Flour 1 tbsp
Water 200 ml
Lemon 1
Ice cubes 4-5
Heat the milk , when its come to boil add lemon juce ,
Stir it ,till water separate from milk, afd ice cubes , then strain it in a strainer or hang it in a maslin cloth for atleast 1 hour,
Now in a mixer jar add paneer and flour and mix it for 2-3 minutes, pour it in a plate make 10 -12 balls from it,
Meanwhile in a pressure cooker boil water add jeggery init, boil still the jaggery properly disolve, add the paneer balls,
Cover the lid and give whistle, then simmer the flame and cook it for another 15 min, off the flame , allow to cool the pressure cooker, serve hot or cold.
If you don' t get date palm jaggery you can use any other jaggery which is avaiable in market, in that case add little green elaichi powder in the syrup
