Dosa (using Idly Batter)

My mum makes amazing doses Her secret, she uses idly batter. The ready to use idli batter powder does the trick

Idli batter powder - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Coriander - 4 tbsp chopped
Green chills - 2 finely chopped
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Garlic clove - 1 mash to paste
In a bowl mix all ingredients except water
Add water little by little and form into a semi thin dosa batter consistency
Let it rest for 3 mins
Heat a non stick pan
Add 1 tsp oil
Spread the batter evenly in to a circle
Let it cook from on side on med heat for 2 mins. Drizzle oil on sides and centre as it cooks
As the dosa starts to leave the sides on its own, flip and cook on other side for 2 mins
Remove and serve hot with chutney or sambar
This crispy dosa tastes best with green coconut chutney
You can also add finely chopped onion
