Medium size prawn 200 gm
Green coconut 1 (preferably pulpy and tender)
Black mustard paste 2 tbsp
Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil 3 tbsp
Marinate prawn with salt, oil, mustard paste and chilli paste for 10 minutes Keep the prawn inside the green coconut (do not throw the coconut water) Keep in microwave oven for 10 minutes You can also steam it for 20 minutes
