Easy Weight Loss Drink
Another easy and herbal way to shed those extra kilos. Consistency is the mantra as this drink needs to be consumed regularly for 3 months with a low carb diet.
Ajwain / Carom Seeds - 25 gms
Honey - 1 tsp
Water - 250 ml
Soak Ajwain/carom seeds in water overnight.
Next day in the morning, sieve this water and add honey to it.
Drink this water everyday empty stomach for atleast 3 months for a consistent weight loss.
Soaked ajwain can be reused for 1 more day and after that it needs to be discarded.
