This dish is simple to make and very tasty

Ingredients: 
2 Eggs
50 ghee
50 gms sugar
5 to 6 Pistachio
Directions: 
Beat the egg in a bowl and measure the quantity
Pout the egg in a vessel and keep aside
Take the same quantity of ghee and add it with the eggs
Now take the same quantity of sugar and add it to the mixture of eggs and ghee
Place the vessel on medium heat and stir continously
Keep stirring till the batter turns golden brown
Pour the batter in a flat surface plate as soon as it changes the colour
Keep it aside for cooling
Cut into 2 inch pieces once it is a little cool
Garnish it with chopped pistachio and serve

Do not stop stirring till you pour the batter in the plate
