METHOD Put a pan on gas with high flame and add 2 cups of water. Add sendha salt, ginger- green chilly paste and samo rice. Mix them well and boil till it become thick paste. Turn off gas and take out in a plate. Let it cool down. When paste is cooled down, take it in another bowl. add coriander leaves, rajgira flour, singhda flour. Mix them well and form dough. Take small lemon size lump in hand and roll it to form little flat round shape. Prepare all vadas in same way. Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil to fry. When oil is hot, add vadas for fry. Take them out when they are golden brown in colour. Fry all vadas. Let them cool down. Take 4 vadas in plate and pour curd over it. Pour temrind chutney. Sprinkle red chilly poweder, jeera powder and pomagranate seeds. Delicious Farali Dahi Vada is ready for mouth watering taste.
