250 gms Fish-eggs
2 chopped Onions
3-4 chopped Green chillies
1 Pod Garlic(grated)
1" Ginger (grated)
1/2 Cup chopped Mint leaves
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Chilly Powder
2 Tbsp Gram Flour(Besan)
1 Tbsp Rice Flour
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Take a bowl . Put the fish-eggs in it & add all the ingredients in it and mix well.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Put small amount of the mixture in the oil with a spoon in shape of Pakodas.
Shallow fry them and take out. Press the Bhajji's with a spalutula & put them into the oil and fry them again until light brown.
Take out and put them on a kitchen towel to soak the extra oil.
Serve hot with Mustard sauce / Schezwan sauce
