Flax Seed Mix Veg Paratha
Flax Seed Parantha or Alsi paratha is a easy way to include flax seeds in daily diet. these healthy, nutritious, mix veg paratha is a perfect breakfast recipe.
Gram Flour - 1 cup
Whole Wheat flour - 2 cups
Roasted Flax seeds - 1/4 cup
Chopped beans/ carrot/ corns/ green chilli/ curry leaves - 1 cup total
Salt - to taste
Red chilli powder - As per taste
Grind flax seeds to form a powder.
In same mixer jar, coarsely grind all vegetable or used chopped vegetables.
Prepare a dough of all the ingredients.
Make parathas or roti by applying minimal oil or ghee. Serve healthy paratha with curd.
