Ingredients: 
Potato-500gm
Turmeric - 1 tablespoon
Salt to Taste.
Ajinomoto-1/2 tablespoon
Oil-150ml
Directions: 
Take the potatoes and Cut into Finger Size.Wash it Afterwards.
Add turmeric powder ,salt, ajinomoto into the potatoes and mix it well. Leave it for 15 mins so that it get marinated well.
Take a pan and heat the oil.Deep fry the potatoes till it gets light golden. Serve hot
