Fried Idli

Fried Idli is a breakfast of South Indian's and North Indian's.Idli is savory cake that is popular throughout India. It is a healthy n light breakfast.

Ingredients: 
Idli (already prepared 5-6 idlies)
Mustard Seeds
Red Chilly Powder
Salt To Taste
Vegetable Oil
Curry Leaves
Green Chillies
Directions: 
Take a pan put 2 tablespoon oil.
When oil gets hot add green chillies,curry leaves and mustard seeds.
When they start crackling add already prepared idlies.
Mix it well,add red chilly powder and salt to taste.
Serve it hot with coconut chatni and green chatni.
