Fruit Delight.

It is one of the most healthy dessert recipes. My husband is into athletics and being a professional sports person, he has to take care of what he is eating. His diet has to be rich in protein and fibre. This particular recipe combines the two and the best part is it is a ‘dessert’ and you can have it anytime during the day.

Ingredients: 
Papaya – 1 cup cut in cubes
Green grapes – ½ cup cut into half
Black grapes – ½ cup cut into half
Cucumber – 1 small, cut into small pieces.
Carrot – 1 small, cut into small pieces.
Milk -500 ml
Sugar – to taste
Crushed ice to serve.
Directions: 
Boil the milk in a wide pan till it is reduced to 1/3 of the original quantity.
Add the sugar to taste and mix. Let it cool in the refrigerator for 10 mintues.
Take all the fruits in a large bowl and mix gently.
Now keep small portions of the fruit mix in serving plates.
Pour the prepared milk on the top of each fruit plate.
Add crushed ice on the top and serve immediately.
