Ginger Pickle Curry
It's a very spicy pickle curry.,but very traditional which is passed from my mom.We have our sadhyas or feast in which ginger is very special.
1 cup chopped ginger
1cup chopped garlic,green chillies
Few mustard,curry leaves
4tsp gingelly oil
Salt to taste
Half cup tamarind juice
In a pan deep fry chopped ginger,chillies,garlic .
After cooling crush it in a grinder
In a pan pour oil and splutter mustard,curry leaves and then pour tamarind juice
To this add ground ginger
Boil it and add salt
You can have it with rice,upma
