Gobhi Musalam ( Cauliflower)

This is a treditional Recipe modified by me.

1 Medium CauliFlower ( Gobhi)
2 T spoon Musturd Oil
1 T spoon Musturd seeds ( Sarson)
1/2 t SpoonJeera
1/2 Spoon Methi Seeds
1/4 T spoon Heeng
2 Onion Chopped
2 T spoon Ginger Garlic paste
1-2 Chopped Green chillies
1/2 T spoon Haldi
1/2 Cup Curd ( Dahi)
Chopped Dhania
Cut Cauliflower into Pieces.
Heat oil in Pan. Add Musturd Seeds, Jeera, Methi seeds. cook for 30 seconds
Add Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste and Green Chillies and Saute till Golden Brown.
Add Cauliflower and Saute till Golden Brown Over Medium Heat.
Add 1 Cup Water, Salt and Turmeric powder( Haldi) and Cover with lid. Cook for 10-15 Min
Add curd and Continue to Cook till Water Evaporates and Gravy Coats the Gobhi. Sprinkle dhania and Serve.
Serve with Roti and Rice.
