Grilled Paneer Masaala

An Indian dish served in an onion and tomato based gravy.

Ingredients: 
Paneer- 250gm
Red capcicum- 1/2
Yellow capcicum- 1/2
Green capcicum- 1/2
Onion- 1medium size cut into half layer
Yogurt-1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste-2tbsp
Lime juice-1tsp
Garam masala powder-1tsp
Cornflour-1tbsp
Salt-1/2tsp
Oil for brushing
Onion-2 medium size
Tomato puree-1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste-1n half tbsp
Curd-2 tbsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Garam masala powder-1tsp
Kashmiri lal mirch-1tsp
Cashew paste-2 tbsp
Fresh cream-4tbsp
Salt n sugar as per taste
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Kasuri methi-1/2tsp crushed
Coriander leaves
Butter-2tsp
Water as required
Directions: 
Marinate the paneer cubes with the beaten curd, garam masala, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, little bit of salt, bell papers, onions and keep aside for 1hrs in refrigerator.
After 1 hr take out the marinated paneer and let it come to room temparature.
Now take a grilled pan and heat some oil. Set the paneer cubes and bell papers on bamboo or metal skewers and place them on the heated pan and brush some oil over the paneer cubes. Grill the paneer cubes untll it becomes golden brown from all sides
:PREPARATION:(PANEER TIKKA MASALA) Boil water and add tomato and onions into the boiled water. Cook for 1 to2 mins and keep aside for 15 mins. Now make a fine paste of both the onions and tomatoes seperatly.
Beat the hung curd till smooth.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree and fry it until raw smell goes away and becomes golden brown. Now add all the spice powder and stir well. Cook until oil comes out.
Then add the beaten curd and mix well. Add water and salt and cook for 5 to 6 mintues. Then add the paneer cubes along with the veggies, fresh cream, kasuri methi, cashew paste and a little bit of of sugar and cook for 2 mintues.
At last add coriander leaves and some more garam masala powder and serve with nun or parathas or roti
