Gulacha Sanza (cracked Wheat And Jaggery Dessert)

Ingredients: 
1 cup cracked wheat/bulgur
3/4 cup jaggery
2 green cardamoms
4 cloves
1 tbsp ghee/clarified butter
2 cups water
7 strands of saffron soaked in 2 tsp milk
10 almonds
Directions: 
Heat ghee in a pan and add the cardamom, cloves.
Add the cracked wheat and saute' till it is light brown in colour.
Add water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add jaggery and stir till it melts completely.
Gulacha sanza is ready to serve.
Top with soaked and peeled almonds and serve.
