Healthy Ginger Chutney Recipe
Homemade Ginger chutney recipe.
Ginger - 50 g
Chana Dal(Split Bengal gram) - 2 tsp
Urad Dal( Black lentil) - 1 tsp
Oil - As required
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Soaked Tamarind - Lemon Size
Red Chilies - 7
Jaggery to taste
Heat the pan and add some oil in it.
Next, add chana dal, urad dal and red chilies.
Add sliced ginger and saute it for 5mins.
After 5mins, switch off the stove and allow it to cool
Then transfer ginger mixture into mixer jar and add soaked tamarind, jaggery and salt. Grind this by adding some water.
For tempering: Add oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, chana dal, curry leaves and pour this into the chutney.
Ginger Chutney is ready.
