Ingredients: 
Hilsa Fish - 4 pieces cut to medium size
Mustard oil - for frying
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
FOR GRAVY:- (make a paste with below mentioned ingredients)
Cashew nut - 5 nos
Raisins - 5 nos
Kasorimethi - 2 tsp
Parsley leaf - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Tomato - 1 no.
Green chilli - 2 nos slit
Coconut - 2 tbsp scraped
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Directions: 
1- Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder for 5 minutes. 2- Fry the fish pieces till light brown in colour. Then set aside. 3- Make a fine paste. Then add 1 cup water. 4- Heat another pan pour this mixture and fried fish cook it for 7 minutes, add salt to taste. 5- Garnish with chillies and tomato. Serve with plain hot steamed rice.
