1 cup soaked whole moong,
1 cup corn nibblet
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup milk powder
1/2 cup sugar powder
Saffron, cardamom powder
2 tbsp ghee
Make paste from corn then saute in 1 tbsp ghee for 5 minutes now add condensed milk, and saffron, cook untill Mixture become thick and little dry. Keep aside. Now make smooth paste from soaked moong and in another pan add remaining ghee and saute moong paste for 6-8 minutes, add 1/2 cup milk, milk powder, sugar and cardamom powder, cook untill Mixture become dry and thick. Kerp aside. Now take little portion from corn mixture spread it on palm and put roll of moong mixture then cover properly and give shape of roll. Now reverse process put corn roll in moong layer, cover properly. Now garnish with pistachio and silver foil. Serve to your guest on HOLI....
