Horse Gram With Aloo

Horse gram is consider to be good in fiber

2 cups horse gram
2 potatoes
1 bowl of tomato
1 onion grated minute
1 ginger minute sliced
1 tablespoon jeera
2 piece green chilli
1 pinch hing
Salt as per the taste
Soak the horse gram about 5 to 6 hours
In cooker add little oil. Add jeera,hing,ginger and green chilli
Now add potatoes, onion,t tomato and horse gram and add little water and close the cooker lid
Wait upto 3 whistles and then close the flame.
The horse gram is ready to be served with hot chapati
